Returns and Exchange Policy

CANCELLATIONS and RETURNS 

If you wish to cancel your order, you must inform Fern & Forge of your intention to cancel your order by email.

You will then receive confirmation from Fern & Forge and given the authorisation to return goods, please quote and include your original invoice number. Please note, goods must be returned in a resell-able condition, unless the product is deemed faulty with proof of this provided to Fern & Forge

Once we have received goods we will then issue you a full refund less any delivery charges. (You will be required to return goods at your cost by an insured and trackable method) If goods go missing we will only consider a request for refund on proof of completed receipt/delivery of goods to The Fern & Forge from your nominated courier.

If a delivery charge was made on the original purchase this will not be refunded as this is a service which is concluded at the point of order.

Orders that have already been processed and/or despatched cannot be cancelled; they must be returned to Fern & Forge for a refund following receipt of goods by customer.

We will do our very best to assist and enable a quick refund process upon receipt of returned items.

All costs relating to return shipping of correctly supplied goods shall be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Fern & Forge are not responsible for any shipping or insurance charges relating to return of goods.

Please be aware that Fern & Forge may NOT be able to accept for full or partial refund/credit any items that have been prior installed by the customer before return.

Such goods/components shall be deemed 'used' and therefore unable for subsequent resale.

The decision to refund or partially refund prior installed items shall remain solely at the discretion of Fern & Forge.
